Once delivered:
1. Unpack the sofa
Carefully remove the sofa from its protective packaging.
2. Allow it to expand
Position the sofa where you would like it and allow the cushions and upholstery to recover naturally.
3. Allow at least 48 hours
The sofa is compressed during transportation and may require 72 hours or longer to recover its full shape, volume and intended comfort.
Minor creases or compression marks after unpacking are normal and should gradually disappear as the materials expand.
